Inaugural Women's Leadership Symposium

The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce presents the Inaugural Women's Leadership Symposium, powered by Bank of America, a conference designed to highlight the contributions of women for the betterment of the state. Let's work together to ensure that women always play a vital role in the economic growth of South Carolina. During the symposium, two women will be awarded with the Athena Award for Women’s Business Leadership Accomplishment and Young Professional Award nominated by their S.C. peers and selected by an esteemed panel of judges.

Chamber of Commerce celebrates the unique perspective and leadership women bring to the table. Athena Awards

We are proud to partner with the South Carolina's Leadership Network (SC WIL) to present the ATHENA Leadership Award® honoring women who embody achievement of the highest level of professional excellence, have contributed time and energy to improve the quality of life for others in the community and assisted others, particularly women, in realizing their full leadership potential. One award will be given for Women's Business Leadership Accomplishment and one Young Professional Award nominated by their S.C. peers and selected by an esteemed panel of judges.
