LeadSC Leadership Lab

2019 LeadSC Leadership Lab

Inaugural Cohort

"If you look to lead others, invest most of your time leading yourself - your ethics, character, principles, purpose, motivation, and conduct. Become the person that others want to follow." - Dee Houck, founder of VISA

To effectively lead others, one must first understand, and be able to lead one's self. Designed specifically for professionals who are looking to move up in their careers, this intensive class will help participants cultivate a deeper level of self-knowledge, including an understanding of core values, beliefs, and purpose. We will also address some of the key challenges and strategies to help rising leaders manage both their time and energy more effectively.

Participation is limited to maintain the small-group cohort atmosphere. To apply, you should have at least 8 years of work experience, be career-driven with a strong focus on professional development, and have support from your employer.

This course is a partnership between the SC Chamber and Sands Leadership.
