MEDIA ADVISORY: State Leaders Announce Friday Fly Around For Accountable Education

COLUMBIA, S.C. – Superintendent of Education Molly Spearman, S.C. Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Ted Pitts, S.C. Chamber of Commerce Chair Lou Kennedy, who is CEO of Nephron Pharmaceuticals, business leaders and elected officials will discuss the importance of voting yes on Amendment 1 for accountable education during a statewide fly around on Friday, October 26.
Amendment 1 is on the November 6 statewide general election ballot and gives voters the opportunity to let the governor appoint the South Carolina Superintendent of Education so they can work together for students across the state.
