SC Chamber Announces Key Vote Alerts on Several House Bills

COLUMBIA, S.C. - The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce today issued Key Vote letters to members of the South Carolina House of Representatives regarding several education bills that the Business Community believes will improve the quality of schooling in the Palmetto State. The State Chamber supports passage of the following legislation and these votes will be scored on the Chamber’s annual Legislative Scorecard:
H.3427, a bill which enacts the South Carolina Computer Science Education Initiative and requires public high schools and charter high schools to offer computer science coursework. Read full vote scoring letter here.
