Sponsorship/Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligible Sponsors/Exhibitors/Advertisers: The SCCC reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in the exhibition or event. This includes the right to review all sponsor remarks, speeches, etc. before the event occurs. The SCCC reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, refuse any advertising.

  2. Full payment must accompany the application/contract unless other payment arrangements have been approved. Sponsors and/or exhibitors will not be allowed access until all fees are paid in full 30 days prior to the sponsored event.

  3. Unless otherwise noted under benefits, sponsorships and exhibits are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Exclusive sponsorships are limited to two consecutive years. After two years, repeat sponsors may commit to a third year if the sponsorship is still available on January 1, 2015.

  4. Prices listed apply to SCCC members.  Non-members are subject to additional fees and some exclusions apply. **Member/Nonmember fees do not apply to the LeadSC Young Professionals Summit.

  5. Due to the fact that sponsorships are limited, upon acceptance of your registration absolutely no refunds will be granted.

  6. To ensure signage preparation and inclusion in event materials, sponsorship reservation deadlines apply and vary based on the event. Sponsorships may be accepted after the deadline, but all benefits cannot be guaranteed.

  7. SCCC management reserves the right to approve the character of any exhibit, any goods therein, the attendant advertising and sales promotion. SCCC may prohibit anything which in its judgement because of noise or other objectionable features may distract from the show in general.

  8. Exhibitors and/or sponsors will not be allowed to assign, sublet or share with others any part of the space allotted to them without prior permission from SCCC management.
