    Morgan joins the SC Chamber following his tenure at Robinson Bradshaw in Charlotte, where he was public affairs director for two years. Morgan also led the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce as President and CEO from 2005 - 2018. During his time at the Charlotte Chamber, he and his team managed nearly 800 economic development projects adding 69,000 new jobs and $6.7 billion in capital investment for the city. He and his team also led the Business Connector Program for Entrepreneurs, Charlotte Chamber Young Professionals, Charlotte Mecklenburg Minority Economic Development Initiative, Diversity Advisory Council, and Power of Women.

    Cynthia M. Bennett graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Political Science. She is the Vice President of Education and Workforce Development Policies and oversees the education programs for the Chamber. Prior to this position, she served as the AVP of Education and the Business Relations Director for the SC GEAR UP program. Cynthia has over nineteen years of experience working with schools and businesses to improve students' academic achievement and to encourage post secondary education institutions to produce an educated workforce for South Carolina. She also serves as a part of the Chamber's Legislative Team and focuses on the education and workforce legislation. Cynthia has served on the Education Oversight Committee, United Way of the Midlands Board of Directors, SC Afterschool Alliance Board (Chair), and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated with Richland County Alumnae Chapter. Cynthia is married to James A. Bennett and they have two sons, J. Anthony and Houston.

    Caroline Donaldson is a 1994 Cum Laude graduate of Presbyterian College with a Bachelor of Science in Education and a minor in Psychology. She joined the Chamber in 2013 as an Executive Assistant and Board Secretary. In 2017, Caroline took over as Associate VP of Administrative Services and continues her role as Board Secretary. She is active member of her church, volunteers for 2 organizations that help the fight against pediatric cancers, the WinAnyway Foundation & Kick it Kaylin, and serves on the Rosewood Classical School Board. In her free time she enjoys sports and fitness. Caroline resides in Columbia with her husband Scott and together they have 6 children.
