Chief Diversity Officer (CDO): Cynthia Bennett
Prior to being promoted to the SC Chamber’s first-ever CDO, Cynthia Bennett spent the last 22 years at the SC Chamber, most recently as Vice President of Education and Workforce Development. In this capacity, she has overseen the SC Chamber HBCU STEM Program, SC Business Week Program, and the E.N.R.G. Program for Small Businesses.
Bennett also serves as the staff liaison for the SC Chamber’s Diversity and Inclusion Council and is part of the SC Chamber’s advocacy team.
Cynthia has served on the Education Oversight Committee, United Way of the Midlands Board of Directors, SC Afterschool Alliance Board (Chair), and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated with Richland County Alumnae Chapter.
She is married to James A. Bennett, and they have two sons, J. Anthony and Houston.
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO): Kelly Wolf
Kelly Wolf, the SC Chamber’s new CRO, joined the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in 2004. In her capacity as Senior Vice President of Membership and Development, Wolf was responsible for increasing the Chamber’s revenue while also creating and implementing the Chamber’s membership messaging strategy.
Kelly also served as Executive Director of the Kentucky Chamber Foundation and was engaged in the creation of the Leadership Institute for School Principals program. The Institute provides executive-level training for both private and public-school principals in Kentucky at no expense to the principal or their school district. This training is fully funded through generous donations from businesses across the state.
Kelly serves on the board of the Association of State Chamber Professionals and the American Chamber of Commerce Executive Foundation Board. She and her husband, Steve, have been married 20 years and have 3 children.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Mike Manning
Mike Manning is a finance professional with over 28 years of experience in multiple Chief Financial Officer positions including 18 years as the CFO of the Charlotte Chamber – one of the ten largest Chambers in the United States. His experience includes finance, accounting, tax, legal, insurance, risk, treasury, and bank relationship management, technology, human resources, fundraising, and minority initiatives. He is a current CPA and has an MBA.
Mike serves in multiple volunteer roles as chair and treasurer. He lives in South Carolina with his wife Sharon and has three adult daughters.
